CADcompanion's functions can be invoked in 4 ways:
(1) Toolbar;
(2) Command Line;
(3) Menu;
(4) Key Shortcut.
The appropriate Command Line entry for each function is listed on the bottom section of this page next to its toolbar button description.
Key shortcuts are displayed on the menus: Hold down the Alt key while pressing the underlined letter in the applicable command.
Additionally, many commands can be invoked by Hotkey combinations using the Control key and a letter. Commands which can be so invoked are listed on the menus.
To display a file, use the Open command from the File menu, highlight its name in the File List box, or type its number on the keypad. You can then use the UpArrow and DownArrow keys to view files sequentially and rapidly without the need to open or close files individually. The PageUp key will select the first file in the File List box; the PageDown key will select the last file in the File List box.
CADcompanion CADbrowser's toolbars can be rearranged by the user within the toolbar area, and, if desired, infrequently used toolbar buttons can be removed from a toolbar by double-clicking somewhere on the toolbar, selecting the button you want to remove from the "Customize Toolbar" dialog box, and clicking "Remove". The button can be turned back on by double-clicking on the toolbar, by highlighting the button in the list of available buttons in the "Customize Toolbar" dialog box, and clicking "Add". Clicking "Reset" will return the toolbar to its original state.

You can change the relative sizes of the Display Window and the Drive-Directory-File area by holding the cursor over the divider until the cursor displays as a double arrow and then dragging in the desired direction. You can drag the divider between the Directory List and the File List by using the same procedure, holding the cursor over the divider between the two areas.
